The Community Room
Our 2,148 sq. ft. Community Room can host up to 152 guests for business or social events. 5 ft. rounds, classroom and banquet chairs are available to customize your layout. The Community Room comes with access to a full kitchen, two newly refurbished decks and outdoor space.
The Boardroom
This professionally appointed boardroom comes with a brand-new mobile A/V system, beverage refrigerator, sink, large credenza and access to an outdoor deck.
Multi-Purpose Room
This 448 sq. ft. open space is perfect for small meetings or gatherings — ideal for yoga groups, trainings or meetings that can be leased on an ongoing basis.
Professional Workspace
Private office space available to rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Outdoor Space & Parking
Whether you rent our indoor space or outdoor grass area, our venue comes with 239 FREE parking spaces. Our 2-acre level grass area is perfect for car shows, sports and fundraisers.

Our Event Space
Our Community Room is the perfect location for your next event. With a capacity of up to 150 guests, we can accommodate any type of event, from weddings to corporate meetings. All of our rooms are ADA accessible.

We offer a variety of amenities to make your event a success. From state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment in our Boardroom to functional kitchen space, we have everything you need to create the perfect atmosphere.

3200 NE 109th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98682 — in the heart of Vancouver, easily accessible from I-205 with plenty of free parking onsite.

Rental Pricing
The Community Room
Includes kitchen, access to 2 outdoor decks and staging area.
Monday–Friday: $150 per hour / $900 all day (3-hour minimum)
Saturday–Sunday: $175 per hour / $1,200 all day (5-hour minimum)
Reservation deposit: 25% of rental fee (applied toward rental fees)
Damage deposit: $500 (refundable)
Cleaning fee: $150 (non-refundable / non-negotiable)
The Boardroom
Includes mobile A/V unit, executive table and deck access.
All days: $75 per hour / $450 all day (2-hour minimum)
Reservation deposit: 25% of rental fee (applied toward rental fees)
Damage deposit: $100 (refundable)
Cleaning fee: $25 (non-refundable / non-negotiable)
Multi-Purpose Room
Includes multi-use countertop and flexible room configurations.
All days: $50 per hour / $300 all day (2-hour minimum)
Reservation deposit: 25% of rental cost (applied toward rental fees)
Damage deposit: $100 (refundable)
Cleaning fee: $25 (non-refundable / non-negotiable)
Professional Workspace / Office Space
Includes Wi-Fi. Available during regular business hours, weekdays 8:00am–6:30pm.
Hourly: $9 per hour (3-hour minimum)
Daily: $75 per day
Weekly: $300 per week
Monthly: Negotiable
All rates are subject to change. Setup and security fees may apply if required.
