An Award-Winning Workplace

Family Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been named a Top Workplace in Oregon and Southwest Washington for 2015.

The “Oregonian Top Workplaces” anonymously surveys a company’s employees, asking 22 questions that focus on leadership, benefits, training and a range of workplace-satisfaction issues. The OregonLive site describes the universal survey findings from the Top Workplaces of 2015: “Employees want to feel they are part of an organization moving in the right direction, that their employer has a strong sense of values and ethics, that they have an opportunity to balance their work and home lives.”

Lisa Carpenter, Executive Director of Family Solutions, stated, “We feel honored to receive an award based on employee feedback, since we’ve always strongly believed that our employees are our greatest resource. We believe that if we support our employees and provide them with a healthy work environment, they will be able to do their best work with our clients.”
