Jade Skavroneck is a licensed therapist with four years of clinical experience supporting children, youth, and families. With a strong belief in the resilience of young people and the power of relationships, Jade specializes in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Her work often includes supporting emotional regulation, navigating life transitions, and strengthening family communication and connection.

    Jen joined Family Solutions in 2006 as a Family Support Specialist, bringing five years of experience as a milieu supervisor serving youth ages 13–18 in residential behavioral health. Over eight years as an FSS, she built a strong foundation supporting children and families across home, school, and community settings. She later transitioned into a supervisory role, mentoring FSS staff and developing strong community partnerships throughout Clark County.

    Clinical Supervisor | LMHC | EMDR Consultant

    Jeff’s approach is warm, playful and compassionate. He uses his history of theater to invite movement and roleplay into his sessions with children, teens and adults. He often involves parents for attachment-based trauma healing work.

    Jeff utilizes the body-based methods of EMDR into his work with children and their attachment figures.

    Paulina specializes in supporting children, teens and families through life’s challenges using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. As a Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™), Paulina believe that play is the natural language of children which allows youth to express, process, and heal in ways that feel safe and empowering.

    She strongly believes in including caregivers in the therapeutic process to support meaningful, lasting change within the family system.

    Krystal has 20 years of professional experience serving youth and families. She is a nationally certified TF-CBT provider and primarily works with those who have experienced trauma. Her clinical approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, with a focus on building emotional regulation skills, resilience, and long-term stability. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing, growth, and meaningful change are possible.

    Ashleigh O'Brien (she/her)

    Child and Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, LICSW, LCSW

    Although born in MT, Ashleigh has lived/worked in the PNW since 2013, and is proud to call both places home. She has significant experience with youth and families and is trained in CBT, DBT and interpersonal therapy approaches.

    As a therapist, she is eager to connect with clients 12 and older who appreciate a genuine, down-to-earth treatment experience. As a supervisor, she can provide clinical hours in both OR and WA, and believe in supporting ethical and inclusive therapeutic work.
